Complaining pays off

While Dahey, Bubba and I were on our vacation, we stayed in a large hotel chain. Said chain mentioned that unless you were completely satisfied, you would get a refund.

Well after some missing equipment and a prank late at night (which evacuated the entire hotel), I complained.
I got my note today that my stay was credited to my credit card.

Wow! That was a nice surprise. Will have to b%t&h more often!
