It seems like chicken (or various fowl) are a big part of the menu for Bubba. He's working on getting stronger and has been reading nutrition sites about eating properly and the importance of proteins, such as chicken.
And when I was minding my own business watching a retro TV show, the Streets of San Francisco, I saw a Chicken Little-esque commercial.
Life really was so much simpler then.

Post script to Congress
Oh, good old, do nothing Congress decides to go retro and cause a government shutdown.
Too bad the economy isn't as good as it was way back when and no, the old timers here aren't lovingly talking about what fun it was to work and not get paid.

Weekend fun...for a while anyway
Yes, RehabRN goes retro. Really wish Dahey and I took ourselves to the beach for this anniversary.
Will still celebrate nevertheless...cheers. This retro tune just got into my head after Dahey told me about his morning adventures talking to a character who knows this guy...
